The Art Association Pankow "recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with an exhibition
» Shows me your pictures "- this call, the Board of the Art Association Pankow eV turned to its members. As part of celebrations marking the 20th anniversary show, the club members their privately collected works of art in an exhibition at the gallery Forum Amalienpark. The idea of the complete works that are otherwise only to look into private spaces, to a wider public, corresponds to the motto of the Art Association: Art brings people together. A panel of board members and artists met the association of art and literature forum Amalienpark eV a selection of 105 works of painting and graphics. These include such well known names such as Günter Grass, George Grosz, Horst Janssen, Werner Tübke Trak Wendisch and Heinrich Zille. Pankow also artists such as Ellen Fuhr, Horst Hussel, Paul crowbar, Ursula Strozynski and Heinrich Tessmer are represented. Both clubs, art club Pankow eV and the Association of Art and Literature Association Forum Amalienpark involved, for years a volunteer for the dissemination of art and culture not only in the district of Pankow.
